Maybe there would be settlement over land if ethnics and Natives had access to your libraries and other designated areas for white people.
It would be settled if they had access to places like Libraries after all they are built on Native land. It's sort of slap in the face.
I am now announcing a de-segregation in America. There will be no 'white only' or 'black only' places in America. America will live free.
